Profile Description

I am your dedicated Customer Service Representative who has been in the field since 2017. I am experienced in customer support via chat, email, and phone.
I am confident in my Customer Service Skills and I am confident that I can handle different and/ or difficult types of customers and situations. Fluent in both verbal and written communication.

Honed my comprehension and, critical thinking/problem-solving skills in order to identify the stated and unstated needs of the Upgrade to see actual infotail-oriented, with time management and organizational skills, most especially a person who can multitask and can work with minimal supervision.

I have worked with the following tools: Voyager, GDS (Amadeus and Sabre), Intercom, Shipstation, Chargebee, Slack, Front, and  3CX.

Though I may be new to freelancing and I have not acquired yet basic knowledge and experience with the tools which are being sought after and/or required by most of the clients, but if given a chance I am confident I can master it in no time as I am highly trainable, fast learner and I use all the possible resources can manage to find in order to fulfill the roles which has been assigned to me.
