I have an over a year of experience being a chat customer service associate handling a cable service account based in the US and 2 years of being a voice technical support representative on a different cable company based in the US as well. I also have worked as an omni skilled representative wherein we handle calls and chats in one account. This was a retail e-commerce account in the US as well. During my time as a customer service associate, I have learned how to provide a good customer service level and give customer satisfaction by responding to their queries in a timely manner. I can also work with less supervision and I also make sure that I will be able to finish the task given to me on a said deadline.Additionally, I enjoy working with like-minded people and I am ready to take the challenge that will be assigned to me. I believe in my abilities that I can perform the tasks that will be given to me.Thank you for your time.
