Executive/Personal Assistant: 

I have two years and counting of experience serving as an Executive Virtual Support. During this time, I've managed various tasks including conducting research, handling travel bookings, and scheduling medical appointments. Additionally, I've provided daily reports on social media activity to keep the client informed and up-to-date. Utilizing the following technical tools and software: 

Upgrade to see actual info, Telegram, Twitter, Gmail - Providing a report of the highlights and important updates from client social media and messaging channels to keep my client up-to-date.

Google Sheets and Docs - Keeping up-to-date records of clients' deductible expenses for tax filing utilizing Google Sheets and Docs for reporting comprehensive research for all information as per client requirements.

YouTube, Canva, ChatGPT, and Veed - Helping clients' YouTube channels to create descriptions, titles, content timestamps, and SEO keywords optimizing ChatGPT. Doing basic graphic edits using Upgrade to see actual info and converting Upgrade to see actual info Twitter Spaces to YouTube channels using the Veed app.

I am also doing airline bookings, hotel reservations, and calendar scheduling. 

Client Engagement Virtual Assistant: 

During the duration of my contract of one year, I've taken charge of managing engagements on platforms like YouTube and Facebook. Additionally, I've been responsible for crafting content for newsletters, as well as promoting books. My role has been a blend of social media management and content creation, ensuring consistent and meaningful interaction with our client base. Utilizing the following technical tools and software: 

Social Media Management (Facebook & YouTube) - I was responsible for writing, creating Canva graphics, scheduling content on Facebook, and curating YouTube descriptions. I engaged as well with the subscribers and followers by replying to messages and comments.

Mailerlite - I crafted newsletters and scheduled them to be sent to subscribers for client book promotions.
Bookclicker and Bookfunnel - Scheduling and joining for exchanging book promotions to different authors using Bookclicker and Bookfunnel. 

Airbnb Co-Host

For one year, I've been engaged in Property Management and Co-hosting. My responsibilities primarily revolved around managing Airbnb listings, overseeing guest reservations, and handling all forms of communication with potential and current guests. This experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of the short-term rental industry and the nuances of providing top-tier hospitality. 

Administrative and Finance Support

I've adeptly handled record management and light bookkeeping on the accounting tool the organization has been using. And doing efficient calendar scheduling to support the organization's mission and operations. Utilizing the following technical tools and software: 

Meistertask - The task and project management tool that the organization was using to streamline task management, enhance collaboration, and improve project productivity.

Google Sheets - I'm doing data entry using this tool and ensuring all the organization expenses are updated here.

Oracle NetSuite - I have a short time access to the tool, which is very comprehensive and valuable if the organization has fully utilized this software.
