I started my career as a customer service and technical support representative for an Internet provider in the ---------- the same program, I became a chargeback and refund analyst for the client's pay per minute technical support charges and evetually became a reports analyst where I was able to support multi national companies from US telcos, internet provider, a famous computer brand, a money transfer service and a credit card company. I am well versed with MS Excel as I was a Data/Reports Analyst for a decade. I was also a Virtual Assistant doing Admin tasks for a start-up company.
