I've been the social media manager for our travel and tour for three years. I am in charge of all the social media postings, content writing, and graphics designing of the pages. I also managed all social media pages of an Australian company for a year. I am responsible for scheduling their daily/weekly postings as well as responding to their commenters.
For the past four years, I have worked in the events management industry. I can say that it is my passion. And it's not too far off from being a project manager. I do document handling – Accuracy of order forms, contract franking and follow-ups, support obtaining signed contracts and order forms from customers, process and validate cancellation requests/terms. I respond to ad hoc data requests from sales management. I monitor Account Managers’ pipeline clean-up, accuracy, and adherence to standard methodologies.
