Profile Description

I am a Licensed English Teacher and a customer service specialist.  I have been in a call center industry for more than 6 years under financial account or credit card account. I have been tasked to do the following: Handling emails, received phone calls (inbound) and call out (outbound). In inbound calls, I received numbers of calls every day about inquiries, requests problems and complaints in Banking Industry. Do some call outs for customer’s feedback of their requests and complaints.
Also handled inbound queries about phone, television and internet queries and do the inbound sales at the same time. 
Moreover, I have trained in a virtual Assistant task.  I can do Administrative tasks like Internet research, Generating and Organizing Leads, Craigslist Posting, Keyword research in Google and have an excellent English Language Comprehension, Data Entry with the use of Spreadsheets’, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails. I can do a basic image editing. 
I am a good team player, hardworking, fast learner, exciting to work with, Passionate and eager to learn new things and new ideas. I have a good communication in English as an assurance to a good service. I can be very useful to your team since my main objective to my clients is to give excellent service and results, long term relationship, professionalism and integrity.
