Profile Description

I'm a graduate of Operations Management with 9 years of experience in the corporate industry in the field of Internal Audit and Accounting and I have VA experience as Admin and Accounting assistant.
-knowledgeable in various types of accounting software and admin system such as MYOB, SAP, and Quick books as well proficient in Google Suite and MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with good command of DOS. and also other systems such as Upgrade to see actual info for the payment process and other finance involvement, TEACHABLE and KEAP infusion for admin as well FOLLOW UP BOSS for the maintaining the client details and agreement.
- Admin support such as the entire enrollment process and integrates them into a system and assisting the chief of finance to financial account tracker of the clients including the other accounting task.
-Experience in Performing risk and internal control evaluation as  Supported Management through risk and identification of risk base audit, control testing & process improvement procedure, payroll Audit.
-Experienced in Profit and loss, Identifying the correct invoice for posting, monthly Inventory, monitoring of sales, and cash flow also bank transaction, monthly expenses summary moreover bookkeeping, and accounts payable.
-Experience in handling various accounts and the ability to communicate for the required management demands and clarifications.
-furthermore, I have experience in other administrative support tasks such as recruitment, payroll, coordinating with management and dealing with the suppliers, monitoring of billings, and utility of the stores as well the fixed asset of the company and accounting. I'm willing to help anyone who needs my service.
