My work involves interpreting raw sketches and outdated layouts, then accurately redrawing them into digital formats suitable for client presentation and architectural documentation. I am skilled in organizing layout components, aligning measurements, and ensuring all structural details are clearly represented. This role has sharpened my eye for detail and my ability to transform rough visual inputs into professionally designed, scaled 2D outputs using SketchUp’s intuitive tools.

I have solid experience using Adobe Photoshop for a variety of creative and professional tasks. My proficiency in Photoshop was developed through hands-on work as a Graphic Artist and Floorplan Designer, where I used the software extensively to create high-quality visual content. In my role at Layout Nordic, I used Photoshop to enhance and finalize 2D floor plans, ensuring precision, clarity, and visual appeal in line with client expectations. I handled tasks such as layout editing, color correction, layering, and adding design elements to architectural illustrations. Additionally, during my time at Bacani Copy Center, I worked as a Graphic Artist, using Photoshop to design marketing materials, posters, banners, and custom client requests. I became skilled in photo manipulation, background removal, image retouching, and preparing print-ready files. Through these experiences, I gained a deep understanding of Photoshop’s tools and functions, allowing me to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.

I have practical experience using Microsoft Excel across various roles, primarily for data organization, reporting, and project tracking. In my previous positions, I utilized Excel to manage sales and marketing data, create client databases, monitor project timelines, and generate visual reports using charts and pivot tables. I am proficient in using essential functions such as **VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, and data validation**, which helped streamline tasks and improve accuracy. Excel also played a key role in my work as an encoder and project coordinator, where I handled large volumes of information, performed accurate data entry, and maintained clear documentation to support team operations. My familiarity with Excel contributes to my overall efficiency, organization, and ability to present data in a clear and professional format.

I gained valuable experience in data entry during my time at Wanderfuls Company, where I worked as an Encoder. In this role, I was responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and organizing large volumes of data to support the company’s daily operations. I ensured that all information was processed with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, which helped maintain smooth internal workflows and reliable records. This position taught me the importance of attention to detail, time management, and data integrity. I also became proficient in using various computer tools and software, further enhancing my computer literacy and typing efficiency. My ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain quality output made me a reliable team member in fast-paced administrative tasks.

Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently used English as a primary medium of communication in both verbal and written forms. Working with international clients, particularly during my time at Adcreative Solution and Layout Nordic, required me to communicate fluently and clearly in English to discuss project requirements, present ideas, handle client feedback, and coordinate with team members from diverse backgrounds. My experience includes writing professional emails, preparing marketing content, participating in virtual meetings, and collaborating with foreign clients and supervisors—all of which have strengthened my confidence and fluency in business-level English. This has enabled me to build strong working relationships, deliver presentations effectively, and maintain clear and professional correspondence across all roles I have taken on.
