I’m a virtual assistant with 6+ years of experience supporting ecommerce and admin-heavy businesses — mostly AU and UK-based brands. My background is hands-on: I’ve managed Shopify stores end-to-end, handled inventory across multiple platforms, kept operations running smoothly, and made sure business owners could actually step back without things falling apart.

I also support invoice and expense tracking using Xero, basic automation improvements, AI tools for efficiency, and simple branded Canva graphics when needed.
