I am Joanna and I have gained experience in two diverse industries: Customer
Service and Education. As a Senior High School Teacher for three years, I honed
my skills in effective communication and creative problem-solving. I later
transitioned to become a Customer Service Representative at Capital One, where
I further developed my customer service skills and quickly moved up the ranks
to become a Training Specialist. My
passion for Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Photography led me to work as a
freelance photographer/videographer to document various events such as
weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries. I have used these skills to enhance
social media presence for various companies. Moreover, my experience as a
Claims Intake Specialist has honed my data entry and data management skills. I
