Profile Description

My very first job experience was in a BPO company. I worked as a market researcher. We do customer satisfaction surveys for various products for consumers. We gather information from consumers which products they prefer or which is more in demand for them. We also did call household respondents for the U.S elections. Most of the surveys we did was paid for. I was also tasked to ensure that we are not calling the same household, to check if agents are accurate on demographics of voters required for that day. I also worked as a customer service specialist and tier 2 technical specialist for a telecommunications provider in U.S. We check if customers are getting appropriate services that they have paid for. I handle client accounts and their bills, I was taking calls, answering emails and sending reports to clients all at the same time. I am enjoying my work being a virtual assistant. I love multi-tasking. I just thrive on deadlines and pressure and doing a lot all on the same Upgrade to see actual info makes me feel as if I have made a productive day out of my effort. I would be pleased and privileged to be hired by a client who can see my effort and my capabilities as a determined, fast learner and has a quick grasp on things. :)
