Profile Description

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and passed the CPA Board Exam. I have worked as a General Accountant for a group of companies in Philippines and it gave me a great deal of experience. I was charged to record day to day operation of the company, bank reconciliation, tax preparation and filing and financial statements reporting every month end.

I started to work as a freelance accountant 4 years from now for various clients (mostly Australian clients) and usually my tasks are the following:

-recording/posting day to day transactions of the company
-managing receivables and payables
-managing receipts/invoices
-reconciliation of different bank and credit accounts
-processing of payroll and SUPER payment
-preparing and lodging BAS quarterly
-preparing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for management

I have comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance processes, regulatory standards and general business knowledge.

I am detail-oriented and organized professional with extensive experience in accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Saasu, Wave and most especially Xero.

I'm also proficient in MS programs, G-suite (Gmail, Drive, Google Sheet, and Docs), Asana and Hubdoc.

I possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, resourceful in the completion of projects, can work under pressure and effective at multi-tasking.

I am excellent in written and verbal communication skills, highly trustworthy and ethical.
