Accomplished Technical Support Specialist both in Service Desk and
Voice Engineer with 5 years’ experience that focused on the
ticket/request within the SLA parameters, Troubleshooting,
Programming, Phone configuration and on PABX administration.
Reviewed ticket to confirmed validity and ensured all required
information included. Flexible, fast learner, able to work under
minimum supervision and can work under pressure.
Seven months experienced as "Administrative Assistant" and "Filing Clerk" in Dubai, UAE where I exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and Upgrade to see actual inforry out duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning. I also send email to the rejected applicants. Posting of pictures in social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Dubizzle and Upgrade to see actual info addition to that, whenever the employee has an issue with their computer I lend my hand to help them to resolve the issues.
