Duties and Responsibility:
• Experienced in Revit Modeling and documentation.
• Generate general arrangement plans, elevation, sections, and elevations in Revit base on contract drawings issued.
• Identify and notify potential discrepancies in contract documents such as architectural to structural details.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members in the development of construction documents.
• Support the coordinator and manager by providing information for queries.
• Maintenance and proper utilization of company standards, templates and content.

Duties and Responsibility:
• Collaboration with Project Manager, Department Heads and Project In-charge for design, planning and scheduling of formwork system base on site requirements.
• Produce detailed shop drawings of various formwork systems for structural framing, walls, columns, slabs and Upgrade to see actual infocluding safety fence, street canopy system and building safety envelope as per construction drawing received using AutoCad and SketchUp software.
• Providing Mock-up presentation base on formwork design for site implementation.
• Quantification and ordering of formwork system and materials as per shop drawing details and specifications.
• Supervision and monitoring of formwork fabrication including quality control, coordination with subcontractors in charge with fabrication and scheduling of deliveries to ensure quality standards is applied.
• Preparation of reports and other paper works including fabrication and delivery report, daily manpower activities, material requisition and monthly reports.

Duties and Responsibility:
• Prepare detailed drawing and general arrangement including floor plans, section, elevations and spot details.
• Works with SketchUp and AutoCad software in producing 3d model and dimensional layout drawings.

• Prepare bill of quantities and requisition of materials as per approve construction drawings.
• Site supervision and monitoring including layout setting, daily manpower activities, concreting schedule and to ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications.

• Preparing of reports and other paper Upgrade to see actual infocluding estimates, manpower report, concrete pouring request and materials requisitions.
Position: Precast Engineer
Date: May 2015 – October 2015
Duties and Responsibility:
• Provide detailed shop drawings of precast panels including plan, elevations, sections and rebar quantities base on construction drawings received.
• Coordination with Project Manager and Department Heads for queries and approval of precast shop drawing for fabrication.
• Supervision of precast fabrication including proper layout of forms, rebar installation, checking of block outs for window and door openings and to ensure quality standards are applied.
• Supervision of precast concreting including preliminary inspection, coordination with subcontractors for actual pouring, finishing works and concrete pouring schedule.
• Preparing of reports and filing in other paper works including daily manpower and activity report, concrete pouring and precast delivery report. To ensure that precast panels are delivered on time and aligned with site schedule.
Position: Junior Site Engineer
Date: June 2012 – September 2012
Duties and Responsibility:
• Cutting list of Rebar for structural beams using AutoCAD software.
• Produce Site key plans use for preparation of concrete pouring request.
• Concreting of structural columns, beams, slabs, footing, footing tie beam, and retaining walls.
• Conducts preliminary inspection before the actual concreting to ensure that quality standards of structure are implemented.
