WHAT I DO:
Guest Communications

Monitor and respond to Airbnb, VRBO, and booking platfor ---------- ssages (target: under 30 minutes)
Handle guest concerns and special requests professionally
Send check-in confirmations and follow-ups
Escalate issues with full context when needed

Booking & Scheduling

Manage reservation calendars and avoid overbooking
Coordinate cleaners and maintenance around guest arrivals/departures
Confirm emergency contact information
Track turnover logistics

Operations & Reporting

Prepare daily arrival and departure reports
Monitor maintenance needs and flag issues early
Update and maintain property listing accuracy
Input data into property management systems (learn new platforms quickly)
