I currently work as a Regional Customer Service Representative at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, where I have gained extensive experience in customer service, sales, banking operations, and client relationship management.
In my current role, I provide branch support by relieving absent personnel across different branches. This has allowed me to develop versatility and adaptability, as I am trained to perform both Teller and New Accounts functions.
