4. Generate Financial reports (e.g. BS, P&L, Cash flow).
5. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
6. Ensure financial balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations are accurate.                                                                                                                     
Customer Service                                                 
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls and chat.
2. Assist customers in understanding product features, pricing, and promotions.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
4. Resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally. 
5. Maintain and update customer records diligently.                                                                                                                                                           
Sales                                                                                                   
1. Aid in lead generation by identifying potential customers. 
2. Reach out to potential clients via email and phone calls to check if they are interested in the product or service and schedule a time for a site visit. 
3. Follow up with leads to schedule appointments, demos, or consultations.
4. Track sales activities using CRM software.
