Profile Description

I've acquired General Accounting and Bookkeeping experience and skills. I am responsible for maintaining accounts payable records of our suppliers and service providers. I review their invoices and verify their totals and make necessary journal entries before processing them for check and payment preparation. Aside from this I also Collect, calculate data to maintain, and update payroll information of our employees. I ensure that the earnings, taxes, deduction, benefits, disability, and non-taxable wages are correct and have no discrepancies, and must be aligned in the policies and procedures of the company and government. I know warehousing processes. I monitor incoming raw materials and making sure that their records and transactions are up to date. I calculate monthly inventory results that are essentials in part of determining our monthly financial standings. I also conduct inventory audit activity to check that our warehouse staff is following the companies procedures and daily updating each raw material movement, especially incoming and releasing of materials that were used in our production line. I Monitor and Control the existing and Newly Acquired Fixed assets and update their Monthly Depreciation and net book values. I was assigned to make and pass necessary government reports like our Yearly Inventory List Report and Loose leaf and Books of Accounts, VAT Relief,2316 and 2307 Alphalist to Bureau of Internal Revenue, Importation data, Capital Equipment Labor Report, and Income Tax Holiday data to Philippine Economic Zone Authority. I know various Accounting Information systems like Microsoft AX ERP, QuickBooks, and QNE. More further, I have Hands-on experience with standard office software including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Summarizing data files using Excel formulas and formats.
