I studied ABPSYCHOLOGY at the University of Cebu's main campus. During the pandemic, I enrolled myself in an online program called Knowledge Share Academy. I took five courses, which are English Online Tutor, E-commerce and Entrepreneurship, Customer Service, Call Center, and General Virtual Assistant. Then, after a few months, I took a 5-day training virtual assistant course program at Dynamic Pitch, which made me learn more about being a virtual assistant. Then, lastly, I took another virtual assistant course at Lejit Online Virtual Assistance, which made me knowledgeable in email handling and marketing, social media management and marketing, basic graphic design, and e-commerce management. I also completed a TEFL course, or Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and received a TEFL certificate in October 2021.

I am an exceptionally self-motivated individual with a proven ability to thrive in diverse environments. My experience as a virtual assistant has sharpened my ability to work effectively with little or no supervision, making me an ideal candidate for this opportunity. My computer skills are top-notch, which means I can efficiently manage my tasks and generate detailed reports.  Energetic and highly skilled, I bring two years of experience in the lead generation and sales industries and a virtual assistant, coupled with a relentless drive to surpass expectations.
