1. Sort applications by job category and by principal or employer.
2. Attend, prepare, assist and participate in departmental meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops and related activities, when required.
3. Coordinate with all other persons and departments on matters pertaining to job orders, schedule of interviews, problems with applicants, applicant line-up, etc.
4. Assist the Project Coordinators in encoding and preparation of applicants’ CV for transmittal to employer/principals.
5. Performs other duties as may be assigned
6. Prepare sources of application report and submit to Department Head.
7. Prepare weekly report on CV’s sourced and sent to Principal.
