Hi and Good Morning.
I was an
Office Secretary to a distributor office of food supplement. I can call myself
the “All-around staff” as I do all task from messenger, delivery of goods, bills,
marketing, office files, and utilities.
I have 6
years total working experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer
Care . I helped customers book their itinerary package, change and update their
tour package. I understand how to handle customers with their credit card
information. Being in a call center industry, I can assure you that I can be
trusted with customers’ information as well as company’s internal information.
I also worked
as a Chat/Voice customer service representative. We
help customers to install and activate software. We help customers with their
computer issue.
I also worked
as a freelance assistant bookkeeper, as I encode our client’s accounting files.
With all I’ve
been through, from shifting schedules and different work tasks, I am confident
to work with you. I’ll be more than
