"I look out for your clients," That's basically what I do. I succeed if you succeed. I have been working as a proactive, independent, problem-solver, and critical thinker in the customer support industry for more than 5 years.

Over the past five years, I have responded to tens of thousands of emails and chat messages from customers. I've taken hundreds of client calls and ensured that each and every one of them pressed the "end call" button cheerfully.

I've handled a couple of E-commerce platforms like "Wish" and "Shopify". I'm also an experienced technical support for "Balsam Hill" and "AccountNow". 

Recently, I worked as Customer Support / Virtual Assistant for an american home insurance company called "American Home Shield". I handled almost every work that you can think of. I've answered customer emails, chats and phone calls. I've handled trainings for newbies and answered supervisor calls and escalations. 
I am very much familiar with the following:
