Profile Description

My current work as a Project Manager are as follows: Responsible for all client communications through Airbnb, Hospitable, Facebook, Instagram, and email. Identify customer needs through active listening techniques to initiate referrals to owners. Create property listing descriptions, evaluate the real estate market, research and monitor market conditions and trends pertinent for making sound investment decisions. Create social media design and post content daily on all social media platforms and onboarding clients with their business needs. I do podcast editing, create long form and short form videos for ads, reels, shorts, and youtube. I also do email automation, created funnels, forms, and landing pages through GHL. I also created checkout pages on both ThriveCart and GHL.  
I worked as a Social Media Manager for an e-commerce clothing store and my tasks are to communicate with clients pre and post purchase sale through Instagram and Facebook, engage to the audience and create ads through Facebook Business Suite, create content through Canva and organize for future scheduled posts, record and organize details regarding sales, inventory of products, and keep tabs of delivery. 

I also worked as a part-time researcher for a Youtube content creator. I would gather data on topics appointed to me and create a brief overview of the subjects and then prepare and arrange these in the Google sheets for content. 

Lastly, I worked as a Product Specialist for a medical device company where I would constantly record and revise information about the products I handle, reach out to key stakeholders and introduce medical products and devices, do product demonstration, and maintain a good healthy relationship with healthcare workers and key stakeholders.
