I am a virtual assistant for almost 2 years as a one-woman show, who manages my employer's water station business. My daily task is processing and receiving payments, daily financial entries and reporting, handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions. Ordering, receiving, storing, and maintaining all the materials needed for business needs. I can also do social media management and marketing from my own experience as an online seller and have been in a marketing job for almost 11 years. I can handle email inquiries, do research, Google calendar, and email management. I am also familiar with making Facebook ads so I can help you more with your marketing business, I already study about it and I have a certificate of completion, I am passionate about everything that I do, very organized, creative, and a fast learner. I love to gain more knowledge and love to help others as well.
