Bookkeeper/AP Processing Clerk/Billing in Charge/Inventory Analyst

As an Accounts Payable Processor, I see to it, that the computations of all the Sales Invoices that our company was billed was correct. I will compute the amount to be paid and then made check for payment to be forwarded to the President for signature. When there's a bidding, I am the one who prepared the bidding documents. I am the one who prepares our withholding taxes. Sometimes, I am the one who audit the company's cashier.

As a Bookkeeper, I am the one who entered all the branch transactions in our system. Sometimes, if the Branch Accountant is not available, I am the one who prepared the branch monthly Financial Statements. I am also the one who prepared the Life and Loan Insurance of all our members. Sometimes, during month end, I am also the one who handled the bank reconciliation.

As an Inventory Analyst who used to work for 6 months, I learned how to analyze the merchandisers inventory report. I'm the one who is tasked to decide whether we should make deliveries based on the merchandiser's Inventory Report

As a Billing Specialist in a Manpower Agency, I am the one who checks all the DTR's of all our employees, and billed our clients. I always make sure that I billed the correct amount so that our clients can smoothly go with their payment. Sometimes, if the Accountant is on leave, I am the one who will be in charge of checking and processing all of the employees salary.
