Profile Description

I worked as a Recruitment Admin Assistant to an agency and got deployed in one of the most competitive telecommunication company in the Philippines for 6 months. I am knowledgeable in sourcing candidates from entry level up to managerial roles. Aside from sourcing candidates through different initiatives that we have, I also did screen the candidates' profiles before endorsing them to a validator. After these processes, I am also the one responsible for the initial interview over the phone before I endorse a candidate to another recruiter. Aside from being assigned to the Employee Referral Program, I also did work with Employee Relations for one month as a quality checker. I am responsible for checking the clearance of the employees exiting the Upgrade to see actual info general, I acquire a great amount of knowledge and skills with this company I worked for and would be willing to share my skills and talent to another employer.
