I'm JT, I have worked as a Messaging Specialist/Customer service and as a Supervisor from March 2012 up to Present. I have supported one of the major US Telco, and undergo several ups and downs during the whole period.
As an expert, I have catered almost all kind of concerns/request from our customers such as Troubleshooting network services, Explaining their bills, providing recommendations on which device would best fit their preference, do sales job and many more (payments, collections, escalations).
As one of the Leaders as they call, I have supported my experts by monitoring their activities, commending them whenever they do something good, remind them of the company policies and taking over escalation request whether it is a dispute, rant of customer or an investigation. My overall experience with this company was awesome, and it really polished my skills.
