My specialty was supply chain management (SCM). With over 8 years of supply chain data process specialist experience. My technical skills and exceptional time management abilities have proven effective in coordinating a variety of different teams, managing customer data, and nurturing customer relationships. I am seeking a challenging role that will allow me to apply my experience and actively contribute to organizational growth.

What I do:
- Handled all back-end administrative tasks, updating customer records, and modifying their requests or orders via the CRM tools.
- Managed end to end processes and provided customer support through CRM and website tools.
- Oversaw all aspects of PO and data processing, order entry, research and tracking management, SOP updates, and import/export customer data.
- Collaborated cross-functional teams on stock allocation, product availability, billing, invoicing, and timely delivery of goods.
- Highly trained and have extensive expertise with several types of ERP applications such as data entry management tool, order entry management tool, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, internal CRM and vendor tool, production scheduling, and PO reporting tools.
