My background started in executive assistant support, but over time my role expanded into operations as I began helping founders organize teams, structure workflows, and keep projects moving across departments. Most of the teams I support are remote or distributed, so clear systems and accountability are essential for keeping everyone aligned. I am more comfortable working asynchronously, making sure progress continues even when teams are working across different time zones. As teams grow, it becomes harder for founders to track everything themselves. That is where I step in to help create structure behind the scenes.
