With a strong focus on the last 10 years of my career, I want to highlight the valuable expertise I have gained during this period.
Starting as a customer service specialist in the FedEx call center, I excelled in handling customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring the utmost satisfaction. This onsite role allowed me to develop strong problem-solving skills and thrive under pressure, providing effective solutions and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
With the advent of remote work, I transitioned into a remote executive assistant position, providing comprehensive support to a director based in Australia. This transition, which began last year, allowed me to effectively manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain efficient communication channels while working remotely.
Embracing the remote work environment, I sought out new opportunities and recently took on a remote customer service representative role, supporting vacation rentals. Through this transition, I have further honed my skills in delivering exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, and resolving issues remotely.
