Profile Description

- Yardi Voyager 7s savvy user
- Analyze financial data and provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including A/R analysis, collections, and vendor inquiries
- Update ACH information and assist with tenant billings as needed
- Provide support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting, including maintaining fund management fee schedules and providing reporting support
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation in electronic filing systems, including maintaining Accounting Dropbox folder hierarchy and integrity.
- Collaborate with Property Managers, Asset Managers, and other accountants to enter information into financial workbooks
- Work on adhoc projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain and update accounting and financial information in the prescribed standards and systems 
- Forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting
- Help run KYC program with banking partners 

Other Proficiencies: 

- Savvy in Microsoft/ Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Keen in data entry works
- E-mail Management (Front, Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo)
