An all-in-one expert for all your business needs in order to gain success.I am a part-time Researcher,lead generator and executive virtual assistant. Recently, I had worked in a BPO/call center in a medical account where we take inbound and outbound calls virtually helping diabetic patients to place their orders for their diabetic supplies like pumps, reservoirs, infusion sets, sensors, transmitters, test strips, wipes, adhesive tapes and the like. We make courtesy calls to remind the patients to re-order their diabetic supplies also update their information on their account like shipping address, email address, phone number, their physician’s name, their new insurance information along their pharmacy insurance Upgrade to see actual info’s a combination of inbound calls, outbound calls, and back-office jobs done virtually. I had worked as a Virtual Social Media Marketing Upgrade to see actual info is a multi-tasks job where I have dealt with mostly the so-called "big-time social media influencers" along with w/their Managers, CEOs, presidents, and even the founders of an agency or a company where they work for. I had reached out to prospective huge influencers in social media, proposing them collaboration/partnership to participate in our monthly campaign and that is for them to create an Instagram post and an Instagram story regarding our health and beauty line products. I took responsibility for almost everything from the initial communication w/a specific influencers until the time I would let them be on board to make an Instagram post & an Instagram story about our products until they receive their payment. I was also the one who was assigned to negotiate an offer regarding an influencers rate for our proposed partnership and processed rate approval once an influencer already started to negotiate. Once I had made an approval regarding the rate then I am going to coordinate this to the right person who gives guidelines on how & what exactly the influencer will do in their videos/ Instagram posts and stories. Part of my job was to do follow-ups and once I had already made a deal, I was in charge to get their details on how they can get the products, how they will get paid, teach them to make their own invoice in order for them to get paid once they were done w/ their posts in our monthly campaign. I also offered renewal of their partnerships with us after their first partnership. This job was more on dealing with people who are social media experts in all social media Upgrade to see actual info was a job with a mixture of advertising, marketing, and even billing that requires me to apply almost all my skills in communication, data entry, customer service, email support, and messaging support. I even gathered and updated our leads for more lists of prospects to reach out to so they could promote our products. I sent reports directly to my Boss including every single detail of an influencer on what he/she wants prior to doing the IG post and IG story. That would include revising their contracts if need be. I had also worked in call centers and Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs) that's why I had work experiences in billing, collections, telemarketing, email/chat support, and customer service. I have lots of skills and am very much familiar with using different software at work
