I've worked in a BPO for almost 7 years now and I can say that my skills have improved. My first job was for eBay and I assist customers with their orders, then I worked for Comcast as tech support and customer service representative as well. Until I found an Australian-based company as a customer service representative which focuses on deliveries and was later promoted as Subject Matter Expert and the main focus is damage insurance.
