I am experienced in flight data analysis, and I am a flight operations officer for 2 years now, I recently graduated from an Online Academy for Virtual Assistants to learn new skills that I can use to be successful in this field. I have learned about:

I am here to assist you to respond to emails, answer phone calls, organize calendar, perform market research, create presentations, schedule meetings, and appointments, book travel and arrange accommodations, manage and update contact lists, address employee’s administrative queries, provide customer service as the first point of contact, and more.
I am adept at handling multiple tasks on a daily basis competently and at working well under pressure. I am imaginative in providing solutions. Whereas even though I take my work seriously, I do have a good sense of humor, and my key strength is communication, building strong relationships with people to deliver the best results.
