Profile Description

I graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Education majoring in English and has a customer service job for 6 years.

I had experience teaching English to Upgrade to see actual infoinese and
Japanese students.
I was also a customer chat/voice support for 3 years under one of the Telco companies in the United States. Our main job was to resolve issues through inbound and outbound calls.
Then shifted to being chat support for 3 years under Microsoft accounts mainly Xbox and Office accounts. 
One of the most interesting projects I have had the pleasure of working on was to be an Xbox advocate. I found it so interesting because of the impact it had on gamers around the Upgrade to see actual info was really fun sharing ideas with games and at the same time helping them with their issues on the platform. The discussions we had about the pros and cons of specific games were just exhilarating.
You may need to extend your patience with difficult customers and should be active in playing games as well. So about social media marketing jobs, as chat support, we always provide and share ideas with them
that will help them boost their confidence in playing games.
With these experiences, I believe I am fit for the role because the job is no longer new to me. I am confident that I can do
any task related to it.
