I am graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. With 13yrs experience as Procurement officer. I am multitasking and curious person. I am a Team player, hardworking, Fast learner, exciting to work with, passionate and eager to learn new things and can communicate well. 

Procurement Officer Task:
•     Prepare purchase order for parts needed in the production line using Oracle.
•     Follow-up and expedite supplier’s compliance to delivery date.
•     Cooperates on new procurement systems to improve delivery schedule with         minimum inventory level.
•     Monitor result of purchasing activities with historical data of purchasing                 against the budget.   
•     Request quotation to supplier.
•     Monitor pricing of invoice against order price, exert effort to get cost down           on purchase to contribute more.
•     Conduct conference call with the LB Buyer counterpart for items with hot               issues.
•     Maintain good working environment with co-workers and suppliers.
•     Exercise purchasing regulations based on ISO9001, ISO14001 and SA.
•     Follow and suggest arrangements of documents based on set guidelines.
•     Performs other related duties as required.                                                               
General Virtual Assistance Task:
•      Data Entry in Word and Google Docs
•      Internet Research
•      Email Management
•      Booking Appointments with clients
•      Set-up Social Media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)       
•      Uploading Videos on YouTube
•      Basic Photo Shop/Image editing, Removing background
•      Amazon product research
•     Basic knowledge in amazon FBM and FBA/Private label for amazon                         FBA/Online and retail arbitrage/Amazon drop shipping.
