Profile Description

I am Geraldine Coronel, a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in customer service and administrative support. Since 2022, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, where I honed my communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. In 2025, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, equipping me with both technical knowledge and practical skills in managing digital tools and workflows.  

Most recently, I completed a contract as a Medical Virtual Assistant in April 2026, where I supported healthcare professionals with scheduling, documentation, and patient communication. This experience strengthened my adaptability and attention to detail in a fast-paced, sensitive environment.  

I am now building my career as an Administrative Virtual Assistant, developing expertise in: Email & Calendar Management, Data Entry & File Organization, Document Preparation, Research & Basic Reporting, Client Communication Support, Task Tracking & Coordination.  

I am proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail), Microsoft tools. I am also eager to expand my skills with RingCentral, IMS, Vonage and CRM systems.
