- Answer customer’s inquiries through chat.
- Getting customer’s orders.
- Encode details of customer’s order
(product, price, variation, delivery information such as name
address and contact number) through the database (google sheets)
-Monitoring and deleting an inappropriate and offensive comment
on advertisements and posts.
-Responsible for reporting customer’s complaints to concerned
staff and updating the customer for appropriate solutions.
-Providing updates of the customer’s parcel
(tracking number and status)

-Good English Communication/Writing
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Can perform calculations on excel
-Has experience in using Google
-Autocad 2D
