Possess efficient skills on a computer such as Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint.
Has the ability to communicate effectively.
Facilitates online and walk-in applicants
Conducts Sourcing and Shortlisting of candidates
Coordinates with applicants interview schedules and other communication
Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications.
Ensures newly hired employees submitted complete requirements.
In-charge of processing of employees benefits (such as mandatory benefits SSS, PHIC, HDMF, bereavement assistance, cellphone plan, rice subsidy).
Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.
Ensure accurate and timely encoding of timekeeping entries.
