I’ve been with the call center industry for 13 years. I work as a Customer Service Representative for Transcom Worldwide, Sitel Philippines and TPG Australia. I have excellent oral and written communication skills. I have enough knowledge in providing excellent customer service. I’m knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer. I have excellent customer service skills and analytical approach that I can use in resolving customer’s issue. I have knowledge in troubleshooting for cable service, mobile and broadband service. I can handle billing concerns like explanation of bill, disputes, and complaints. I’m knowledgeable in provisioning broadband service for new customers.I got certified for Global Distribution System, also known as SABER. I use this system to book domestic and international flights, change, cancel flights and add special requests from our guests in Australia and in any part of the world.You should hire me because I am flexible, hardworking and goal oriented. I am willing to be train, and I only need minimum supervision. I am detail oriented and I can perform this job well. I hope you can consider me for this position.Thanks.
