Profile Description

Working as a Virtual Assistant for 2 years for companies such as 1.) Email Marketing, 2.) Realty Broker, 3.) Moving Services and; 4.) Mind+Performance sport-centered. I have been doing jobs for my clients mainly for administrative works, doing research from multiple websites, calendar management, email management, data gathering for clients, drafting documents like letters of intent, contracts, and others.

Before transitioning into my virtual career, I have around 6 years working experience in the areas of HR, Recruitment and Administration. I am well versed and proficient in MS Office applications like - Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. I am also proficient in making PowerPoint presentations and Graphs. I have a typing speed of 45-50 wpm and accurate in data encoding.

I am familiar with using the following tools Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheet, Calendar, Drive & Meet), ClickUp, Trello, Canva, Buildout & Slack.
