Profile Description

I am a Construction Virtual Assistant with over 3 years of experience supporting US and AU construction projects remotely. I help project managers and contractors stay organized by handling documentation, estimates, and contract-related tasks.

I have experience working as a Technical Support Engineer / Document Controller and a Construction Project Manager & Contracts Administrator, supporting active construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

What I can help you with:
- RFIs, submittals, and drawing register management
- Construction document control using Procore
- Quantity takeoffs and basic cost estimates
- Change order tracking and progress billings
- Contract administration support, including:
- Contract reviews and risk identification
- Preparation of contract summaries and risk registers
- Support during contract negotiations and clarifications
- EOTs, variations, and contractual correspondence
- Coordination with project managers, site teams, and accounting
