Profile Description

I am very much interested in joining in a prestigious company since I find that I could be an asset by providing my knowledge and skills.

I have a Customer Service experience for more than 4 years now. With a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, I have a comprehensive understanding of the full life cycle in handling customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diverse faculty, colleagues, and researchers.

I am well trained in good communication skills, negotiations and customer relations, hence, I can work with good service to the customers. I am proficient in all MS Office applications (average 90wpm), Excel, PowerPoint, Mozilla and Internet Explorer, Camtasia, and basic HTML coding and lastly, I am capable of quickly understanding how systems are used in order to provide efficient support.
