As a General Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate Executive, I have done: Email management, calendar management, Google Suite management, copywriting for emails and social media, customer care, lead generation through FB and Instagram ads, call transcription, social media management, file organization, creation of a systems manual for the executive's business and everyday operation. 
As a writer, I have done: short stories, erotica, incorporating SEO keywords for copywriting site reviews, articles, emails, marketing tools, and academic writing. My hard skills are English Proficiency, expertise in Gsuite, copywriting and SEO best practices, and social media marketing (ads and insights). My soft skills include being a team player, being able to work under pressure with little to no supervision, always willing to learn new hard skills, time management, being communicative, and being feedback-oriented.
In my recent experience as a start-up leads specialists to two businesses, I have learned to automate outreach messaging with personalized first liners and subject lines with the use of tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Apollo, and Pipileads. As a Start-Up Business VA, I have helped businesses in their post-launch leads management by establishing systems using ClickUp, Hubspot, and Upgrade to see actual info addition to that, I have also participated in nurturing cold leads.
