I thrive in organizing, mobilizing and coordinating with different groups of people to ensure the completion of any and all kinds of tasks whether they're for a company's day to day operations, or a full-blown company event, with these skills that I've picked up and developed as a Tournament Coordinator in my collegiate years, and experience as an Operations Manager and an Events Director. 
I'm skilled with being organized and making sure that I can make everyone else's tasks are easier and done in a more efficient but effective manner. I value learning about different skillsets that people can bring to the table, that can be utilized to improve and innovate any existing processes and methods.
