The training we went through was really thorough, which helped me develop the skills to communicate effectively with our clients. I gained a lot of confidence in handling different situations.I’ve also had the chance to attend seminars on dealing with irate customers, and honestly, I was surprised by how simple and effective some of the techniques are. It’s all about staying calm and listening to their concerns—it really makes a difference!Then the pandemic hit, and everything changed. I transitioned to working from home, and it’s been a game changer for me. No more traffic jams or dealing with bad weather, which is such a relief. Plus, I get to be around my family and kids a lot more, which I really cherish. It’s nice to have that flexibility and still get my work done. Overall, I feel like this experience has made me a better rep and a happier person.
