I was a call center agent as a CSR and Sales for AT&T, sprint two of the hardest account in the call center industry, to assist and to satisfy customer and to provide excellent customer service and experience I can provide
I was also an appointment setter for Choice hotels what i do for them is to tailor fit their wants and need at the hotel or place they are in.
and my most recent job was an ESL teacher to help students become a better English speaker and to help them practice communication.
