I have been working online for more than 8 years, carrying out various roles such as general virtual assistant, project manager, HR, and email support personnel.

I started as a customer support personnel handling technical email support for Platinum Group Inc. - an affiliate marketing company from the US. My second client whom I worked with for 2 years was a UK-based company, Perseus Tech Ltd, and they gave me broader roles and variety of tasks. I worked as an HR personnel and project manager in charge of the hiring process and weekly payrolls of 8-12 people. I have also done supervisory work such as distributing tasks for the team and has done quality assurance on their outputs via Asana and Google Workspace. I have also written contents for the company's Wordpress blogs, several data entry and transcription jobs. 

I have also worked with an SEO specialist New York offering. I was tasked to create web 2.0 sites on Wordpress and Weebly; write keyword based contents for these sites created; and build links on them. The contents I wrote varied from topics like used cars, divorce, fertility issues, hardwood floors and more. I also used to work for a crossfit gym owner in California and my responsibilities were keeping his website up to date, data entry, social media management, creating campaigns in InfusionSoft and managing mailing list through MailChimp and FrontDesk. My latest client was a Canadian Youtuber and entrepreneur. I have helped him grow his channel from 100k subs to over 500k by applying basic SEO techniques and social media marketing strategies. I have also grown his social media presence across several platforms. My main responsibilities were mostly social media management, community moderation, content creation and Youtube SEO. I have also written a couple of blog articles for him and created optimized, eye catching Youtube thumbnails via Canva.
