I am a Registered Civil Engineer with almost 4 years of construction experience in site execution and cost estimating. In my role as a Site/Project Engineer, I perform quantity surveying and cost control tasks, including quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and variation orders.
I have hands-on experience preparing material quantities for procurement, measuring as-built quantities for progress billing, and revising AutoCAD construction and as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.
I am also a Registered Master Plumber and an Accredited Materials Engineer-I, allowing me to assess plumbing works, materials, in compliance with construction standards.
