Profile Description

I have an excellent skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and has very good typing skills. I am very flexible and can work in extended hours as necessary.
I've worked in a BPO industry for a total of 10 years and this has really equipped me into what I do best, now that I've already decided to work from Upgrade to see actual infoom administrative tasks to project management, reports and other stuff that is needed to smoothly run a business, I've handled it. I can also handle and work well under pressure.
I've gone thru several training such as Customer Connection and Satisfaction, 
Leadership training and Personality Development training among others. These had made me more equipped in dealing and working with different people and personalities in a very professional manner.
I'm also good in time and people management as the last 6 years in my BPO career was spent as a Quality Analyst and I deal with clients here and abroad as well as team leaders of the organization.
I have great multi-tasking skills and is used to different kinds of admin task as well as meeting its deadline as the experiences I had trained and taught me to be more than what the job requires me to be.
My goal is for long-term to ensure good service and help you build your business.
